Our Shape Up program has been designed considering 6 pillars of health which we call as pillars of optimal health. Losing weight, building up strength & endurance, building muscle mass, physical fitness, reversing some of the lifestyle diseases are some goals you can achieve by being part of this program.
Although this program has been phrased as a 90 day program, it is very important to note that setting feasible goals is a key to long term success.
The health coach in this program would help you identify a feasible goal for the next 90 days & also a broader roadmap to be followed with the principles learnt in the program in order to achieve your goal.
